Return Eligibility
- You may return items within 30 days from the date your order was delivered.
- Returned goods must be unused, in their original condition, and include all packaging materials.
- All returns must be sent back by mail. We cannot accept in-person or drop-off returns.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at info@crimsonwildtrackgear.com with the following details:
- Your order number
- The full name on the order
- Your delivery address
- A short explanation of why you are returning the product
Once approved, you will receive the return shipping address and step-by-step instructions. Please note: we do not supply pre-paid labels. Customers are responsible for arranging a trackable shipping service.
Who Covers Return Shipping?
- For returns based on preference or change of mind, shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.
- If the product arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, Crimson Wildtrack Gear will cover all shipping costs.
Refunds
After your return has been delivered and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued within 5 business days using your original payment method. All refunds are processed in USD ($).

- Used or opened items
- Gift cards
- Products bought with store credit
Refund Not Received?
If more than 5 business days have passed after approval and your refund has not appeared:
- Double-check your bank account.
- Contact your card issuer or payment provider, as processing times can vary.
- If the issue remains unresolved, please reach out to us.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available for qualifying items within 30 days of delivery.
- To request an exchange (size, color, or product), email info@crimsonwildtrackgear.com with your order information.
- For exchanges due to preference, customers are responsible for both return and reshipment fees.
- If you received the wrong or a defective product, Crimson Wildtrack Gear covers all exchange shipping expenses.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email info@crimsonwildtrackgear.com with your order number and photos of the item. We will replace it at no cost and cover return shipping.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed. Please check your details carefully before completing your purchase.
